Mr. Coffin began his career in the title industry more than 22 years ago in the legal department of a local NH Bank.  Since that time, he has held positions at local title companies as a Title Examiner, Marketing Representative, Closing Agent, Operations Vice President and in 1996 was a founding partner of Horizon Settlement Services, Inc.  Mr. Coffin has personally conducted over 2,000 real estate closings and has overseen the management of over 10,000 real estate closings during his career.  He has been an instructor for the Mortgage Bankers & Brokers Association of NH, New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and has conducted various in-house training courses for real estate companies, lenders and title companies throughout NH.  He holds a BA degree in Business Management, and MBA and is a licensed Title Insurance Agent in NH and Maine.  Mr. Coffin has also previously held a NH Real Estate Broker License.  He is accredited by the NH Real Estate Commission to instruct the pre-licensing course and several elective courses.

Ms. Harrison has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire and New York for more than 31 years.  She has held positions as Salesperson, Sales Manager, Operations Manager and principal of her own company.  She as been directly involved in the sales of numerous properties and responsible for overseeing thousands of transactions.  For more than 25 years Ms. Harrison conducted new agent training and had taught pre-licensing for 10 of those years.  Ms. Harrison has also been active as a NHAR "Success Series" instructor for new licensees.  She is currently an affiliate member of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS, Concord Board of REATORS, Lake Sunapee Board of REALTORS, Mortgage Bankers Association of New Hampshire and Concord Chamber of Commerce.  Ms. Harrison is currently a Senior Closing Agent for Horizon Settlement Services, Inc. and a Director of American Real Estate Academy.
